To say that Dr. Kehinde Elisha, DNP, MSc is a leader in her field is an understatement, for she has been impactful in the nursing profession and beyond. She is quadruple certified in FNP, PMHNP, Informatics and CCRN. She is also a nursing education consultant and a relationship psychotherapist. Dr. K, as her students affectionally call her, is the founder of the NP Certification Academy and Nurse To Nurse Coach.<\/p>

She also is an author. In 2022, she completed her Boards and Beyond series, a psychopharmacology textbook and psychiatric assessment guide for advanced nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Boards and Beyond is also an inducer and inhibitor’s workbook for all providers. She also wrote, What did I do to him\/her? a book that focuses on personalities, getting along with others, and how to navigate through difficult times.<\/p>

Dr. Kehinde earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the College of Nursing at the University of South Carolina in 2007. She achieved her Master of Science in Nursing with Specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner, in 2017, as well as her Doctor of Nursing Practice, in 2019, from South University. She has also earned a Master of Science in Healthcare Informatics degree from the University of New England in 2018, as well as a Post-Master’s Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner certificate in 2019 from the University of Cincinnati.<\/p>

She is passionate about helping students succeed, and she shares her wisdom through various means so that she may accommodate different styles of learning. She believes that the connection made between teacher and student is a bond that lasts a lifetime, thus; she hopes you will find her resources to be valuable assets, in the days and weeks to come, as you climb to the mountaintop of your nursing career.<\/p>
